Rankings reflect paid claim amounts, not business quality. Month boundaries follow +00:00. City promotion requires one verified claim of at least US$1,000. Regional and national bids start at US$1 and must exceed the active leader. Entering a tier requires a new bid in that tier to compete for the next monthly promotion. Previous payments do not automatically compete again in the next stage.
