Terms of use

These terms cover ClaimYourPeak accounts, advertising claims and recognition. By placing a claim you agree to these terms and the disclosed Refund policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.

Advertising and accounts

Businesses and individuals may advertise. Use accurate profile information and a website you are authorised to represent. Your email is verified by a one-time code. You are responsible for access to your email account and for the content of your profile.

Logo and content rules

You must have the right to use uploaded logos and other material. PNG, JPEG and WebP image files are validated and reprocessed; this does not establish trademark ownership. Fraudulent, unlawful, misleading or infringing advertisements may be removed or restricted after review.

USD claims and placement

All new claims are priced in USD. A claim must exceed the current city minimum. Your new paid placement becomes active after completed-payment verification. Replaced claims remain part of the transaction history. Paid rankings reflect claim amounts, not reviews, certification or business quality. No minimum traffic, revenue, display duration or business outcome is guaranteed.

Monthly business promotion

Each city’s leading qualifying business claim at calendar month end needs at least US$1,000 in one verified completed payment. Earlier equal claims have priority. Individual advertisements and unpaid owner-added placements do not qualify. Promoted firms enter Tier 1 and stop bidding. The site timezone sets month boundaries. Refunds and payment reversals can affect eligibility.

Future tier platform

Province/state, country and world stages are the planned growth path. Full networking, collaboration, shared contacts and messaging are under development and are not promised as current purchase benefits. Later-stage advancement criteria will be published before those stages operate.

Payments and refunds

PayPal handles payment and may apply its own conversion or payment-method terms. Read the Refund policy before paying. Voluntary cancellation requests are generally required within 30 minutes of completed payment and carry a disclosed 10% cancellation deduction, with only specifically applicable, itemised nonrecoverable costs or legally nonrefundable taxes in addition. Full-refund obligations required by law are preserved.

Support and changes

Signed-in users can open private support tickets. Policy changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Use the Contact & support page for questions about these terms or your account.
